Documentation Metrics

As part of improving Zope documentation we need to have better ways of assessing the state of documentation. We need to be able to tell what areas most need work, and we need to be able to tell if we are effective in improving the situation.

Status

We performed hit log analysis and a survey in early March. We will perform more metrics later to see how/if we improved.
