SiteAccess v2.0.0b1 Released

SiteAccess 2 is now ready. This version only works with Zope version 2.2b1 or higher. It comes with an upgrade script for users of SiteAccess 1. It is packaged for INSTANCE_HOME compatibility, so pay attention to the installation instructions..
