Photo 0.1.0 beta release

Photo is now much more functional and zope-like. Photo uses a cookie to remember the prefered display size for the user. Photo can optionally create a mini-menu of available dispay sizes under a photo. Photo also supports better DTML rendering options.

This version is not backward compatible with previous versions, delete old photos and load them again.
