Membership, CMF and exUserFolder collide.

exUserFolder is now at 0.7.0, after a lot of hair pulling over membership support.

First stab at Membership services have been added to exUserFolder (optionally activated).

Alan Runyan provided a CMF Property Source to allow exUserFolder to integrate a little more nicely with CMF.

Property sources are now optional, and so if you don't want all that property support you can turn it off (of course membership won't work if you do that).
