reStructuredText for Zope 2.6 released

This is the backport of the reStructuredText integration from Zope 2.7 for Zope 2.6

unpack the archive in the top-level Zope directory. It will monkey-patch Zope to do the integration. There should not be any side-effects

This release gives Zope 2.6 full access to the functionality of reST.
