Zope Foundation update

Lovely Systems joins the Foundation as strategic developer. Two new directors on the board.

Lovely Systems has joined the Zope Foundation as a Strategic Developer. Lovely Systems will be represented on the board by Jodok Batlogg. Because the Zope Foundation has a new Strategic Developer, there's also a second committer-member representative. Tres Seaver from Agendaless has joined the board as the committer-member representative.
