Creating a hello world is really easy in Zope 3! Link 1 K 2006-03-28

Yes! compared to any other Python/Non-Python frameworks, creating a hello world is really easier in Zope 3.

See this: http://www.treefernwebservices.co.nz/hello.html http://zissue.berlios.de/z3/hello.swf

So Zope 3 can scale down to anything :)

Installing Zope from source Link 1 K 2006-03-28

This screencast shows installing zope from source on Linux, but I guess will also work for anything unix like (*BSD, solaris).

Since I've already put up the installing zope on windows, I thought it'd be fair to actually put up this one.

There were some missteps in the screencast, but I thought, "what the heck". This is more of an impromptu than a rehearsed demo.

But do correct me if I were wrong.

Installing Zope on Windows Link 1 K 2006-03-28

This is my first real screencast. It's nothing much. Most people can do this with their eyes closed.

However, if anybody feels that they need to see it to believe it, here's the screencast.

I'll add more when I got time. Suggestions to topics to cover is welcome.

OFFSITE_GRAZ Link 1 K 2005-11-15

A documentation of public art in Graz from the post-war years to the present day.

The OFFSITE_GRAZ database of pictures and text represents the first attempt to research and document public art in Graz from the start of the post-war era (Kunst am Bau) through to the interventions of the present day. The overall review contains, on the one hand, basic information and visual material on permanent installations in the public domain. On the other, it acts as the international premiere for a broad spectrum of temporary works in a city which first acquired its reputation of being a platform for avant-garde art back in the 1960s. ** powered by Zope/CMF

Getting Zope and ZEO to tango Link 1 K 2006-03-28

Here's a screencast about installing, setting up, and running zeo and zope.

The notes that can go with this screencast was done a while back

Funny (unbelievable) that the steps needed never really changed since zope 2.7.x

Have a look see and witness the ease of scaling (and debugging ..sorta) zope.

Simple content types with ZClasses Link 1 K 2006-04-02

This screencast shows how simple it is creating a content type for Zope

zopeproject, a new way to getting started with Zope 3 Link 1 K 2007-09-17

In this screencast Baiju M used virtualenv for installing zopeproject
