Features Added:

- The output now appears in in grep style stating line
numbers. This helps emacs users, for example, as emacs knows how
to parse grep output. Switching emacs to 'compiler-mode' does
the trick for a buffer which contains this output.

- Docstrings to nearly all methods were provided to clarify the
magic of this tool a bit.
