Tuttle is a lightweight framework to aid in the development, deployment and use of Zope products which support teaching and learning in small schools.

I have paused development on this iteration of Tuttle, as I'm trying to work out how it should relate it into Plone or Silva.

We do use Tuttle behind the scenes at our school to manage rosters and assessment data. It has worked just fine.

This product should provide a few services to users and contained applications:

• school-wide variables like school name and address, and some more complex data like schedule information;

• a simple data structure, such as a standard data structure and methods for student portfolios and teacher's records;

• tools for managing users and roles.
