Filesystem images and files for CMF

CMFOptions for the Zope CMF

CMFOptions adds two new content objects to the CMF: Images and Files that are stored in the filesystem rather than in the ZODB.

CMFOptions wraps the already existing Product ExtFile for the CMF.

This should be considered an alpha release, although the underlying product, ExtFile already exists.

This product requires Zope 2.3.1 beta 3 (or higher) and also requires that the rest of the CMF be installed.
