In /Control_Panel/Products:

• Make sure that the CPSSkins product is correctly installed.

From the Products' list add "CPSSkins Installer"

IMPORTANT:

• Select the platform on top of which CPSSkins will be installed. No automatic detection is performed so it has to be the correct one.
• Select the basic skin. It must be a skin that works without CPSSkins. It is usually called Basic in CMF, CPS2 and CPS3 in Plone: e.g. "Plone Default"
• The default themes and action icons will be installed if CPSSkins is installed for the first time.
• The default themes will not be reinstalled by default if CPSSkins is updated or upgraded. Check the reinstall default themes option if you want to reinstall the default themes.
