PlacelessTranslationService

The translation service originally written for AltPT is now usable on "normal" ZPT and released as its own product. If you want a quick and simple i18n implementation, just install this, stick your .mo files in $INSTANCE_HOME/i18n, restart, and voila!

Note: this relase is not yet production quality; some issues of interaction with ZPT (specially unicode encodings) still have to be worked on. Consider this an alpha release.
