Issue Dealer 0.9.107 released

Issue Dealer is an issue management tool featuring a weblog publisher (client), weblog (server), WebDAV client, WYSIWYG editing of HTML and Images and more.

  - Added email notifications users who (un)subscribe to the weblog
  - Added last modified by attribute to issues

  - Removed old, redundant code

  - Made session related issues directly add/editable
  - Improved the exporting/importing of issues
  - Fixed relation listing bug
  - Re-fixed bug where notifications failed because of
    a wrong set of arguments to display function
