Issue dealer 0.9.22 released

This release features the addition of a feature called 'Issue Browsing'. Issues can, based on a search or filter, be browsed one-by-one. This simplifies working with several Issues, especially when the user is working with batches of Issues at a time.

The Issue Dealer, basic version is developed by Nidelven IT and available free of charge. It's a tool for knowledge workers and small to medium sized businesses, aimed at managing knowledge and action items.
