Issue Dealer relicensed to GPL

The Issue Dealer - popular issue management software - has been released under a new license (the GPL) and gotten a new home.

This project is now taken over by me (Morten) personally and I'd like to push this forward to 1.0, and make it compatible with CMF (so it can be used in Plone, CPS and other systems that may be based on it).

If you're interested in contributing to this project, send me a note (morten AT nidelven-it.no) and we can have a look at options. :)

If you can read this text, it means you are not experiencing the Plone design at its best. Plone makes heavy use of CSS, which means it is accessible to any internet browser, but the design needs a standards-compliant browser to look like we intended it. Just so you know ;)
