Issue Handler 0.8.15 released

The Issue Handler is an application for managing information. This release adds shortcuts to the tree view, and is a product rename, as the name "Issue Manager" conflicts with a trademark. If you're upgrading an Issue Manager instance, see the install.txt file in the IssueHandler directory.

Nidelven IT uses the product to manage their business, it's a great tool keep track issues in different departments for example. Try it! ;)
