The ReQuezt application is based on a forum application I developed for the TFH Berlin (University of Applied Sciences), which is in turn based on Squishdot and Formulator.

FormulatorLayout is a layout component for Formulator forms. It's under development, though it should work in the current form (have a look a the demo application to see how to use it). It needs documentation, and I want to add more features, most important of all the ability to render forms that span multiple pages.
