Virtual Host Folder 0.2.0 beta

A big new beta release of the Virtual Host Folder. Component-based architecture, powerful alias features, breadcrumb-friendly API, improved UI, evaluation tab for running alongside a VHM (I'm assuming you are on a test box!), and much more. See http://www.zope.org/Members/poster/VHF.
