Zopectl 1.0.0b1 released

I believe there are two zopectl's in existence. This one is an OS/distribution-agnostic python script that acts as an easily configured front end to Z2 for managing one or more zope sites. This version represents a code cleanup from from the first released version, with several bugs zapped.
