GrufSpaces 0.2 released !

GrufSpaces lets your teams work together in shared work areas where they can share documents and discuss ideas. Besides document sharing, team members can dispose of a number of optional services like discussion boards, chat applications and polls for decision making.

GrufSpaces now includes the role assignment interface first designed by Helmut Merz for the PloneWorkSpace product, marking an important step on the way to unite the different WorkSpace solutions for Plone. Now it is really easy to assign different responsibilities to the actors of your GroupSpace using the four roles GroupVisitor, GroupMember, GroupAdmin and GroupLeader. Besides these good news, GrufSpaces now also has an "email" tab that allows members of a group to send an email to all of its members.

GrufSpaces is an ongoing effort, lead by Maik Röder ([email protected]), with the goal of uniting the different implementations of workspaces (mxmWorkgroups, PloneGroupSpace, etc.) available for Plone today.
