Folder icon File system based hack of Eric Barroca's MSWord Document 0.8

MSWordDocument 0.8, hacked to use the filesystem instead of bloating out the ZODB. VERY lightly tested at this time, so please be careful. Use at your own risk on a production site....

Linux only at this time (If anyone fixes MSWordWin.py to conform to the changes to MSWord.py, please let me know - can you use COM to make pdfs?)
