Cartographic Objects for Zope 0.7

ZCO 0.7 features enhanced labeling of features, catalog-like search for features from data stores, and improved management interface for data stores.

This is the first release from the new GIS-Python project site. Ticket numbers refer to issues in the new tracker. New features include:

  • Finer control over label collision avoidance, positioning, angle, and minimum feature size (issue 90).
  • Requires Python Cartographic Library (PCL) 0.10
  • Catalog-like search for features from data stores (ticket #58).
  • New "Feature Types" and "Search" tabs for data stores (ticket #58).
  • Improved handling of extents for layer overviews (ticket #59).
