Answer the active ZGotW issue, winning thereby undying glory among Zopistas everywhere.

Steps

1. Subscriber reads announcement of new ZGotW Issue on Zope list, says, "Hey, I know that one!"
2. Subscriber clicks on "Reply" link in mail, fills out the reply form, hits "Submit".
3. System stores the reply, thanks Subscriber for his effort, and CC's the reply to the Zope list and to Reviewer.
