Use Case: Submit a proposed GotW issue

Goal

Submit a new question for use as a future ZGotW issue.

Steps

  1. Subscriber fills out a form, supplying question text, keywords, and zen level, along with her name and email. Subscriber may attach a file to illustrate the question.
  2. System saves the submitted question as a Draft Issue and thanks Subscriber via email.

Note: drafts are displayed to the Editor, but not to anonymous users.

  1. Editor reviews the draft issue, modifying as needed, and schedules it for a future ZGotw.
