PluggableAuthService 1.4.2 Released

Announcing the release of version 1.4.2 of the PluggableAuthService (PAS) product. This is a bugfix release, and is a recommended upgrade for sites currently running PAS 1.4.

Overview

This product defines a fully-pluggable user folder, intended for use in all Zope sites.

Bugs Fixed

  • Handle None as an initial value for lines properties. (http://www.zope.org/Collectors/PAS/50)
  • Fix ZODBUserManager plugin's manage_updatePassword, called when users update their own login / password. (http://www.zope.org/Collectors/PAS/56)
  • Made sure the Extensions.upgrade script does not commit full transactions but only sets (optimistic) savepoints. Removed bogus Zope 2.7 compatibility in the process. (http://www.zope.org/Collectors/PAS/55)
