RemoteWikiLinks

A notation for linking to pages on other wiki servers. Here's an example:

WikiWikiWeb:WelcomeVisitors

that is, two WikiName(s) separated by : where the first is a local page (WikiWikiWeb in this example) containing a RemoteWikiURL.
