The CMFCollectorNG supports the following roles:

  * Managers (with the Manager role of Zope) can create new instances

  * TackerAdmins? manage the tracker (configuration of the stuff, issue
    properties etc.)

  * Supporters can new issues, create followups, upload files,
    add references to other tickets

  * Reporters can file new issues and upload files and references

  * Authenticated users and anonymous users can only file new issues
    if the participation mode allows this
