Some serious bugs in need of fixing, use at your peril

This is a quick rough release of FSPoll. Its a poll product similar to all the others with a few differences: all the voting data is stored on a file system (no ZODB bloat), all the front end dtml and images are loaded into the ZODB for easy editing, and it supports repeated one off polls.

It doesn't have PIL, multiple choice or all the other things. This is designed to be a Slashdot style poll, no more.

Sorry, tar file should be fixed now.
