Description | resource summary | COREblog ships very close to XHTML transitional valid out of the box. There were just a couple of issues that I found that seemed relatively simple to fix. 1. Proper encoding of ampersands. The majority of the errors that I received in the W3C's validator were from ampersands in urls. The main culprit was the calendar which did not convert & to &. The archive links also had this problem. 2. Missing Alt attribute on COREBlog logo. 3. Proper xhtml syntax for <br /> and <img /> tags. (Missing the closing slash). |
