Iptc and Exif reading support. A product extension to the Photo Product v.1.2.3

For all those people wanting to use IPTC and EXIF metadata embedded in images from news agencies or similars, I've uploaded a product extension to the Photo Product v.1.2.3, that performs the following:

• Allows reading of IPTC and EXIF info from JPEG and TIFF files.
• Uses PIL as core parser to provide limited support for other image formats like BMP, TGA, TIFF, PSD, PCX, EPS.
• Creates displays (in jpeg) for those new supported formats, when possible.
