PHParser 1.0.0 released

PHParser 1.0.0 fully emulates a PHP CGI environment. Now supports POST method and file uploads.

A new object PHPGateway is introduced for publishing a directory of PHP scripts or other static HTML/image files located in the filesystem. Tested with phpMyAdmin-2.5.0. Try it .
