ParsedXML 1.4.0 released

At long last, a new release of ParsedXML. ParsedXML can be used to store XML text as DOM tree in the Zope Object Database, so that this XML can be accessed and manipulated as a tree of nodes.

Changes include UI updates, ZMI UI now in UTF-8, and general cleanups in the code and tests. A detailed history of changes can be found in the CHANGES.txt file.
