Risk List

  1. **Purpose**

    *The purpose of this document.*

    The Risk List captures the known, open risks to the project, sorted in 
    decreasing order of importance, with associated mitigation or contingency 
    strategies for dealing with each risk. The Risk List is created early in 
    the Inception phase, and is updated as new risks are uncovered and 
    existing risks are mitigated or retired.
