I have a realtime chat product on-line here. Source code is included so you can see how it's done.

And now, for something completely different, a Product that does surveys and (eventually) quizzes . It's mostly working, so take a look. Feel free to steal my code if you are doing something similar.
Or, even better, dissect it, improve it, and tell me what you did, or just plain tell me where I have fumbled in implementation.
