After gideon is online, an attempt should be made to semi-automate extraction of the existing data from the vaults.

Initially pure python modules from here will form the bulk of the data. sadly most of these modules won't have associated distutils scripts without which they shouldn't be allowed public on gideon.

Contacts should be made with the vault owner to see if a data dump can be made and transferred.
