  Case 1

    A Product Author should be able to upload their package to the
    website. They should be able to cryptographically sign this package
    and create new versions as nesc. They should have easy access to all
    the packages they have created.

  Case 2

    A Product Maintainer should be able to function equivalently to
    A Product author for packages their maintaining.

  Case 3
 
    A Corporate Entity should be able to maintain their own private
    server for distributing modules to their in house development team.

  Case 4

    A Systems Adminstrator should be able to install a requested package
    via a single command.

  Case 5
 
    A Python User should be able to install a new package and its dependencies
    in an automatic fashion. 

  Case 6

    A Catalog Community Member should be able to rate and comment on packages.
