    additionally it is expected that certain members of the community will
  take on additional roles such as

  Project Maintainer/Author = maintaining a single package
 
  Catalog Admin - process incoming queues of packages/versions and
  overseeing comments and general administration.

 Additional thoughts, the python-repository can take on additional responsibilities after the prototype is done to form a focal point for the community. news, topic based links, and searchable mailman archives.
