This is i18n patch for StructuredText which comes with Zope-2.6.1

Patched StructuredText will accept source text formatted in utf-8 encoding, apply all formattings and output utf-8 encoded text.

This enables you to write StructuredText using your native characters.

Tested by author with lithuanian and russian languages.
