There are four types of user for a Tracker in addition to the Administrative role, although these can be simplified to three in some cases.
- Requester - Someone who creates issues. They are predominently interested in *their stuff* - issues which they have created. Key information they want to know about these issues is:
- Status/progress - how are their issues being progressed.
- Priority - how important is their issues = how soon will it be dealt with.
- Date created - how old is this issue.
- Date last modified - this lets them see if their issues are being worked on or gathering dust.
