Alternative PageTemplates

Alternative implementation of PageTemplates: more extensible, and caches stuff on the ZODB (so, even if it is currently slower than ZPT, we hope to make it faster before it goes 1.0).

One way to think about it is that it mixes the best features from the current TAL/ZPT implementation, with great extensibility, and the best features of the original prototype that eventually led to ZPT.
