Problem Statement

  We are to solve *at least* 10 out of 14 posed problems with each one SQL
  statement, plus a an extra question that has to be solved no matter what.

  From the assigment text:

    *For each of these questions, design an SQL statement that will answer the 
    question.  All responses should be **one** statement.  In other words, the 
    user should not have to write down an intermediate value and include it in 
    a second query.  Copy the query into a RTF or text file.  Next, copy the 
    output you obtained using CAP and paste it in the file immediately after 
    the query that produced it.*

  I'll copy out all 15 statements into individual Wiki pages, linked from the
  FrontPage.
