The Issue Dealer is a simple product for managing (structuring, editing, prioritizing, categorizing) issues.

The fundamentals of the product are still a bit fluid (they will change), so the product is designed in such a way that it will be backwards compatible. Maybe some type and state information will be lost when upgrading, but the contents will always be there.

Please note that you'll have to run the update_catalog method if you're upgrading an existing Issue Dealer instance.
