product to allow login via xml-rpc arguements

RPCAuth is based upon the CookieCrumbler product. Insted of allowing users to login via a cookie it allows users to login via pramaters sent in an XML-RPC function call. This allows users to login and call Zope objects without using HTTP Basic Auth.
