Customizer Folders are PlugInContainers that look like ordinary folders, except that they have a "Customizers" tab for adding [Customizers].  DataSkins stored anywhere under the customizer folder can then acquire and use the customizers to supply them with data, indexing, and rules.  Customizer Folders can be found in the Zope "add list" under the meta-type of "Folder w/Customizer Support".

If you can read this text, it means you are not experiencing the Plone design at its best. Plone makes heavy use of CSS, which means it is accessible to any internet browser, but the design needs a standards-compliant browser to look like we intended it. Just so you know ;)
