Rack-mountables are any class based on the !RackMountable !ZClass base class.  In !ZPatterns 0.3.0, !RackMountables are only functional when stored in [Racks].  In versions 0.4.0 and above, !RackMountables will be replaced by DataSkins, which can be used both in and out of [Racks].
