FormulatorLayout_0_1_2: BUGFIX: use akm dummyZBabel module to remove the dependency (through OrderedFolder) on ZBabel. FormulatorLayout should also now work on sites without ZBabel installed.

FormulatorLayout_0_1_1: BUGFIX: fixed a bug that actually broke 0_1 and made it impossible to add new field components or field-lists.

FormulatorLayout_0_1_broken initial release. Broken, unfortunately.
