ReQuezt

ReQuezt is a web based forum / helpdesk application. Each forum may be assigned several Experts and Moderators. Users can post questions and select a topic and an expert to ask. Moderators can create new topics and assign experts to a forum.

E-Mail notifications can be sent for several events, including posting of a new question, assignment of a question to a different expert, and a reminder for questions not answered in a given period of time.

This program requires the open-source application server ZOPE (Z Object Publishing Environment).

It product is based in parts on the news publishing and discussion product "Squishdot". It also uses the ASV library to parse CSV files.

Icons in the default skin are based on KDE and GNOME icons.
