iTrack is an Issue Tracking System. It allows a team of people to keep track of various issues about a project (or anything else under the Sun worth tracking issues about, for that matter).
Currently this is in development stage but usable (as long as you follow the instructions :-)

iTrack Future Page: Document consolidating thoughts from various people about what future versions should be like. Supplemented by the iTrack Future Wiki.
iTrack on Sourceforge: A place on sourceforge.net being used for bug tracking, cvs, and other goodies.
