What if you don't like any of the possible toolbar sets? Don't worry. You can switch on or off every single control. The following was created using 

  htmlArea_editor(name, 'simple', height='100px', width=250, forecolor=1)

to allow the change of text colours:

If you specify a true value (like the 1, above), the control is switched on; if you specify a false value (e.g. 0), it is switched off. Simple!
