What CanOfWorms might this be?  

We are running 3 SMP machines all with Linux, all with Zope 2.1.6.  Python was compiled on the machines.  

The slower machine w/ more tasks and RH5.2 w/ Linux kernel 2.2.5 installed stays running, slow as it is.  The other two machines have RH6.1 w/ 2.2.14, suffer from spontaneous restarts.

We are in the process of getting a system downgraded to RH5.2 w/ kernel 2.2.5 and install Zope on that to see if the distribution of Red Had or the kernel version have any impact.
